A long-term interest in the Remote Viewing phenomenon dating from the 1995 declassification of the U S Government’s Star Gate Remote Viewing program, and several years of subsequent investigation and study of the growing amount of declassified information on the subject, led to the concept of a special software application and a linked relational database as a remote viewing tool.

Beginning in the summer of 2008, an intensive software development effort was launched to develop the softwre and test the concept.

The use of a personal computer system with a high-resolution color display, a reasonably fast processor, and a Windows software application with an integrated relational database is central to the concept.

Design Focus

The New Intelligence Remote Viewing  Interactive Analysis System has been designed with the specific objective of helping remote viewers address three of the challenges often encountered in remote viewing:
